Tool Install Construction Coordinator (Superintendent)

About the role
This is an on-site position requiring work to be performed at the client site located in Manassas, VA. Candidate must be onsite Monday–Friday during core hours (6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.), with some flexibility to work Saturdays when needed. Requires field mobility including walking long distances, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Must pass background check and drug screening and be fully authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
Responsibilities
- Provide field coordination and oversight to trades contractors to meet client schedule and deliverables.
- Manage client expectations and needs in client-facing roles.
- Oversee semiconductor tool install scopes of work.
- Work with A&E firms, reading and interpreting design packages for semiconductor tool hook up.
- Operate in cross-matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors, and third-party representatives.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to tool install and progressive build scopes of work.
- Construction Management or Engineering degrees highly encouraged.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Forward-thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly with an internal drive to broaden intellectual knowledge base.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $140,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
