About the role

Responsibilities

• Delivering toner and replenishing consumables for all office equipment in the hospital
• Conducting meter reads for equipment
• Facilitating service calls with our field technicians
• Handling calls for device cleanings
• Auxiliary tasks such as assisting with minor repairs to devices and performing basic installs for new machines as needed

Requirements

• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Clean driving history with no DUI convictions or reckless driving infractions in the past 5 years
