Printer Service Technician Location: MissouriPay Rate: $20.00/hourJob Type: Temp-to-Hire Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Printer Service Technician to join a dynamic team in Missouri. This role involves servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial printing equipment at various client locations. The ideal candidate enjoys technical challenges, customer interactions, and working both independently and collaboratively.This position requires regular travel to client sites for equipment maintenance and repair, as well as handling incoming service calls and support requests while working from the office. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial printers and multifunction devices.Respond to service requests and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.Document service activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment status and recommended solutions.Manage and prioritize multiple service calls throughout the day.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.Follow company safety procedures and service protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in printer/copier repair, field service, technical support, or a related mechanical/electrical field preferred.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule.Basic computer proficiency and experience documenting service activities.Ability to lift and move equipment and parts as needed.Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Reliable transportation.Ability to travel to customer locations throughout the service area.Ability to pass pre-employment screenings as required.High school diploma or equivalent.
