About the role
Responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing copier equipment at client sites in a timely, high-quality, and cost-effective manner within a designated territory.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve maintenance and repair issues at client locations using diagnostic tools, service aids, and product manuals.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by meeting clients’ needs in a courteous, timely, and cost-effective manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory for tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock; participate in triannual physical inventory and occasional spot checks.
- Meet established metrics and benchmarks and comply with procedures and expectations as outlined in the Field Service Manual.
- Complete technical training on all new equipment as assigned.
- Maintain current technical knowledge and continuously expand knowledge of new technology and equipment.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times by maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to the Copier Field Service dress code.
- Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and service procedures in a timely manner, including time entry, dispatching, and closing service calls using Remote Tech.
Requirements
- An associate degree and two years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sharp, Canon, HP, and/or Konica direct service experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License, proof of personal insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
Skills
- Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, Outlook, and company/client-specific programs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical people; ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships.

Pay
$22.10 - $33.20 hourly + bonus opportunity. Pay range is based on candidate's skill level, experience, relevant licenses, and educational background.
