About the role
As a TMT Program Coordinator at HDR, you will support the TMT leadership team, focusing on designing data centers, semiconductor and advanced manufacturing facilities, telecommunications, and broadband infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Type, format, and organize program documents, reports, communications, and correspondence
- Support meetings, presentations, conferences, and events end-to-end, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, scheduling, presentation formatting, expense coordination (estimates, approvals, tracking, and reconciliation), attendee communication, and ongoing planning and progress tracking to ensure smooth execution.
- Aid with tasks ranging from client plans to consolidating financial reporting to invoicing support and other general administrative needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Maintain professional organization memberships and associated expensing
- Contribute to employee professional engagement tracking through organized documentation and participation tracking
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree in a closely related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
