Technical Coordinator

About the role

Seeking a professional with 5–10+ years of industry experience and a complete understanding of structured cabling systems, including Cat 5e, Cat 6, and fiber optic cable. Projects will also encompass Wireless, CCTV, Audio, AV, and In-Building Cellular. Daily collaboration with remote installation teams and adherence to best practices are essential.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination of structured cabling initiatives
• Communicating with customers and partners
• Management of project budgets
• Purchase order management
• Coordination of Granite subcontractors
• Assembling project deliverables
• Project kickoff and close-out calls with customers
• Off-hour and after-hours work as project needs dictate
• Some travel required

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or military experience, or 5 years’ experience managing telecommunications infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project)
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
• Monday–Friday availability, with after-hours possible depending on project

• CCTV experience
• PBX experience
• Wi-Fi experience
• Sound/Audio-Visual experience

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $60,000–$75,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, education, job-related skills, and overall alignment with the role.
