Responsibilities

• Owns all mechanical and electrical equipment in the department.
• Write, implement, and troubleshoot PLC code on new and existing equipment.
• Provides project input and collaboration with Engineering Department.
• Drives out losses (failures and breakdowns) within equipment and department.
• Develops preventative maintenance (PM) tasks for all mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Participates and coach others to maintain power and controls equipment.
• Understand and model Operational Excellence and HPO systems and tools.
