Responsibilities
- Support TMPS Sales Advisors: Customize established templates to create custom sales materials like pricing pro formas, legal agreements, proposals, and pitch books for multiple assigned TMPS Sales Advisors.
- Leverage Centralized Teams: Leverage specialized internal teams such as TMPS Sales Enablement, Onboarding, Risk Management, and Technical Sales to maximize efficiency.
- Sales Contracts & CFB Discipline: Prepare initial sales contracts for review, adhering to the Client Focused Banking (CFB) discipline in all sales support activities.
- Client Onboarding & Installation: Work with TMPS Sales Advisors to coordinate the onboarding, setup, and installation for new TMPS, merchant or card payable products.
- Client & Portfolio Analysis: Perform data gathering and analysis to uncover unmet client needs, utilizing templates, navigating risk management or other projects, and established reports or lists for meaningful sales insights.
- Create Custom Client Materials: Create solution reviews, process flows, and account schematics for top clients, including detailed analysis for highly confidential large accounts in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage Client Interactions: Handle client interactions, onboarding, and service requests traffic virtually and in Sales Advisors' absence. Monitor team group email folders to qualify, process, and distribute client requests, potentially for highly confidential clients.
- Initiate & Track Onboarding Activities: Initiate and track client onboarding activities as appropriate in the sales process. Coordinate necessary escalations with Sales Advisors, Technical Sales, and Onboarding.
- Facilitate Risk Management: Ensure all policy-required risk management activities are completed on time, including submission of client contracts, portfolio reviews, Automated Clearing House (ACH) Operational Risk Limit Reviews, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Policy required monitoring and other risk management projects as requested.
- Mentor new TMPS Sales Analysts.
- Maintain Expert Product Knowledge & Lead RFPs: Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all TMPS products and services to enable sales, and coordinate with Sales Advisors to produce final Request For Proposal (RFP)s, including responses, pricing, and executive summaries.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, complete compliance training and adherence to internal procedures and controls; reporting any known violations of compliance policies, laws, or regulations; and reporting any suspicious customer, client and/or account activity.
Qualifications
- Toolbox for Success: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Finance, Economics, Accounting, etc.) or equivalent relevant work experience with banking solutions.
- 2 years of experience in TMPS Operations or TMPS Sales.
- Prior experience with business and commercial clients.
- Prior experience with bilingual skills in Spanish, Chinese and/or French (preferred).

Pay
Pay is based on a number of factors including the successful candidate’s job-related knowledge and skills, qualifications, and prior experience.
Schedule
Incumbent should reside within the Arvest 4 State Operational Footprint (AR, KS, MO, OK) in order to be considered. Availability is needed Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with ability to work additional hours as needed.
