SALES ANALYST II

Position Overview

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst supports the Sales Team by enhancing sales structure, strategy, new items, annual planning documents, and other business processes through internal and external systems. They assist in managing sales tools and technology, develop and create customized reports and dashboards, and support onboarding of sales employees.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing sales tools and technology to enhance deployment of sales structure, strategy, new items, annual planning documents, and other business processes through internal and external systems.
• Act as primary Sales Link Administrator/Developer for US Consumer Products Division.
• Create and manage workflows and approval processes.
• Support on boarding of sales employees (McCormick and Broker).
• Manage various special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics or other related fields.
• Experience with Trade Management Systems.
• Foundational and functional knowledge of industry trends and tools available throughout the CPG industry used to drive efficient and effective business planning to drive profitable growth.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI.
• Must be able to work with large data sets including pulling and interrupting data independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Pay

Base Salary: $63,250 - $110,680. Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
