Responsibilities

  • Managing internally and externally, the tracking and execution of new items.
  • Managing forecast analysis and owning key reporting.
  • Analytics & insights that assist in Sales & Commercialization processes including business reviews, planning, day by day sales and operations & category management.
  • Executes ad-hoc projects and action plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
  • Demonstrated skills working on small projects and basic analytic assignments
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point and Power BI
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, excellent communication and organization skills, professional image, and effective interaction with all levels within the organization
  • Willingness to travel several times per year

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of McCormick Operations and Internship (Preferred)
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance or a related field (Preferred)
  • Experience in working with SAP, Syndicated/Scan Data with ACNielsen or Circana (Preferred)
  • Supplier One, Scintilla, Power BI and/or Salsify experience (Preferred)
  • E-Commerce experience needed (General Knowledge)
