About the Role

We are seeking a Title Operations Supervisor to join our Presto Team as part of the TitleVest/Direct National Solutions group. The Title Operations Supervisor will manage and lead teams performing a wide range of duties related to title operations, supporting Title/Underwriting to clear title, assisting Escrow, and focusing on customers. This role acts as a liaison between groups such as Production, Title/Underwriting, Escrow, and Post Closing to ensure compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met.

Responsibilities

• Implement processes and supervise the day-to-day activities of employees responsible for daily operational tasks for a defined function, potentially in a centralized processing unit.
• Delegate tasks, manage workflow, and make recommendations for staffing needs.
• Interview candidates, provide hiring recommendations, write and conduct performance reviews, and offer ongoing feedback and coaching, with management consultation.
• Advocate for employees and communicate compensation changes.
• Implement processes and metrics to monitor and improve customer service, quality, turnaround time, and productivity.
• Identify subordinate training needs.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of directly related experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role.

Pay

Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $93,500.00 annually. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
