Responsibilities

  • Liaise with mobile unit providers and vendors for accurate event planning
  • Support onsite and remote event execution through communication with production leads
  • Manage inventory and maintenance of production equipment throughout the season
  • Track vendor payments, invoices, and freelancer timecards in coordination with finance teams
  • Participate in cross-functional planning and weekly meetings
  • Aid in onboarding and training new coordinators or seasonal staff
  • Provide real-time support during broadcasts, troubleshooting issues as they arise

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in sports media operations, broadcast logistics, or live event production
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under pressure
  • Prior experience in team environments with effective problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with production compounds, vendor management, and event logistics
  • Proficiency in SmartSheet and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours
