Responsibilities
- Liaise with mobile unit providers and vendors for accurate event planning
- Support onsite and remote event execution through communication with production leads
- Manage inventory and maintenance of production equipment throughout the season
- Track vendor payments, invoices, and freelancer timecards in coordination with finance teams
- Participate in cross-functional planning and weekly meetings
- Aid in onboarding and training new coordinators or seasonal staff
- Provide real-time support during broadcasts, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Qualifications
- 3+ years in sports media operations, broadcast logistics, or live event production
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under pressure
- Prior experience in team environments with effective problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with production compounds, vendor management, and event logistics
- Proficiency in SmartSheet and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours
