Title Insurance Processor

Responsibilities

• Process real estate title files from start to finish
• Manage agent communications (calls, emails, requests)
• Cook up coordination with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers
• Order lien searches, title searches, and payoffs
• Prepare settlement statements and closing packages
• Clear title issues and follow compliance requirements
• Maintain excellent communication with all parties involved

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential title processing
• 3+ years of experience and a valid title agent license (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Florida real estate procedures
• Proficiency with title software and closing platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
