Mortgage Title Processor
About the role
The Title Processor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing closing documents for accuracy. The incumbent will create commitment documents, review closing packages, disburse checks, order title searches, prepare HUD-1s/CDs, tax/utility certifications and payoffs. The incumbent will prepare documents for recording and will be responsible for disbursing files. In addition, the incumbent will accurately compute recording/filing fees for various counties and municipalities while clearing any title issues and preparing final title policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 2 years of previous office and administrative work experience with a banking environment focus
- 2 years of previous title experience, preferably in PA, DE and NJ
- Firm understanding of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point
- Softpro Select preferred but not required
- Maintain the highest level of security and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a strong degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing list of priorities while providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and utilize a high degree of independent judgment based on knowledge of the Company, policies and procedures to make sound decisions
Qualifications
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Pay
$38,099.00 - $62,591.75 Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in Bryn Mawr, PA.
