Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to overall dealer book of business.
• Directly support agent/producer team.
• Responsible for renewal marketing and placement of dealer accounts.
• Work with members/clients on renewal expirations to avoid lapse in coverage.
• Work with management team to properly document and reflect policies and all communication.
• Process endorsements, renewals, new business and audits, as required.
• Provide consistent member follow-up including fielding questions, requests and coverage analysis.
• Comply with all regulations as required by law.
• Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma required.
• 1-2 years of insurance processing preferred.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred.

Schedule Availability & Salary Information

Location: Dealer Commercial Insurance, 5025 Adams Avenue, Ogden, UT 84403
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: Guarantee Base Wage + Bonus + Commission + Incentive
