About the role
The primary role is to provide one-on-one support to students with special needs within the Least Restrictive Environment program.
Responsibilities
- Support students with daily living skills
- Participate in individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist with classroom activities and routines
- Provide emotional support to students
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Virginia driver’s license
- Passing score on a background check
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay
