About the role

The primary role is to provide one-on-one assistance to students with special needs within the Least Restrictive Environment program. This includes supporting academic, social, and emotional development.

Responsibilities

• Support students in their daily activities and routines
• Participate in planning and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to enhance student learning
• Ensure students are safe and comfortable at all times
• Document observations and progress reports as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Current CPR certification
• Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Valid Nevada Driver’s License
• Passing background check
