Responsibilities

• Assist certified staff in delivering instructional services to students.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support under the direction of a licensed educator.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment.
• Perform clerical duties such as record-keeping, attendance tracking, and material preparation.
• Assist with student supervision during classroom activities, transitions, meals, and recess.
• Support students with special needs in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Operate and assist students with instructional and assistive technology as needed.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and students.
• Participate in professional development and training sessions as required.
