Responsibilities

• Provide daily support services including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and plan strategies for supporting clients.
• Document client interactions and progress in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
