Title Customer Support Agent
About the role
The Customer Care Agent supports the acquisition process by managing documentation from initial customer contact through contract completion and funding. They receive, scan, and upload contracts, titles, and supporting documents into internal systems (Salesforce, HappyFox, and related platforms).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Titles, Funding, and Dealership) to ensure each deal progresses accurately and on schedule.
- Provide exceptional customer service to sellers by communicating status updates, clarifying paperwork requirements, and ensuring a smooth selling experience.
- Aid management with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory documentation practices.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Knowledge of title and registration procedures (automotive or RV industry preferred).

Pay
This position offers a base hourly rate with the potential for performance-based incentives. The pay range for this role is $15.30-$18.84 per hour. Compensation is determined by experience, skill set, and organizational needs.
