Role Overview

Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and phone
Process customer payments and manage deposit and withdrawal inquiries
Demonstrate KYC checks to verify customer identities and ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain awareness of anti-fraud measures to protect customers and the business
Aid players with game-related inquiries, including rules, strategies, and features
Recommend games and features based on customer preferences to enhance engagement
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in online casino customer support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple live chats simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
  • Familiarity with online payment systems, including deposits and withdrawals
  • Knowledge of KYC procedures and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Understanding of anti-fraud practices and the ability to identify suspicious activity
  • Comprehensive knowledge of online casino games, including slots, poker, blackjack, and roulette
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new tools and processes
  • Capability to work remotely with a stable internet connection and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
