Title Clerk

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Title Clerk to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual will support the processing of approximately 4,000 vehicle titles per day. The Title Clerk will begin by learning the fundamentals of the title process, including matching vehicle titles to bills of sale, organizing documents by dealer name, and accurately alphabetizing titles. Key Responsibilities Match vehicle titles to corresponding bills of saleSort and organize title documents by dealer nameAlphabetize and maintain accurate title recordsEnter and update title information within internal systemsReceive, assign, and stamp vehicle titlesPrepare and ship title documents to dealers and customersMaintain a high level of accuracy while meeting productivity goalsFollow established processes and quality standards Required Skills Strong data entry and administrative skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and document management skillsAbility to quickly learn new processes and systemsProficient typing skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carmel, IN 46032. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
