Title and Registration Processor
About the role
The Title and Registration Specialist utilizes IN BMV terminals to provide support and guidance to CVR accounts in Indiana. The Processing Specialist manages the Green Screen transaction process, communicates directly with clients, and administers billing procedures. They are responsible for using DMV and audit knowledge to provide support for accounts to drive revenue and retention objectives.
Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions
- Provide support and guidance to the CVR accounts
- Clear and tactful communication to clients and CVR employees
- Professional, positive, and ethical attitude when dealing with clients, associates, and management
- Achieve Service Level Agreements timelines
- Accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail focused
- Audit experience with IN BMV transactions preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software including Outlook and Excel
- Salesforce experience
- Maintain and organized workspace and process flow
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Computer hardware and software proficiency is required, including Microsoft Office proficiency, Windows operating systems
- Must be able to pass the Indiana state background check
- Ability to work with little supervision, able to be productive, prioritize, and manage time
- Excellent customer service skills with effective written communication and effective listening skills
- Ability to interact with both internal and external customers, resolving issues and maintaining relationships
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move bundles of paperwork and other BMV related items (~15 lbs)
STARS
Allows an authorized user the ability to search customer record database, search for vehicle, driver and registration information, process any transaction that a BMV License Branch Associate would process. The transaction types are governed by the contract so there should only be a few select transactions brought processed. It also allows the user to potentially override certain portions of a transaction. i.e. waive fees, process refunds, etc.
KTA
In order to scan documents to the BMV through KTA, a user must have network access just like with STARS.
Docuware
Docuware is the digital image storage system BMV uses to retain images of the transactional paperwork, long term. Requires network access.

$22/hr
