About the role

Responsible for managing donor relations, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase donor engagement and retention
• Oversee grant writing and proposal development processes
• Manage donor databases and ensure accurate data entry and reporting
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote donor-centered campaigns
• Represent the organization at events and meetings with donors and potential donors
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in donor relations and fundraising

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, public relations, or communications)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or donor relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
