Responsible for managing donor relations, coordinating fundraising events, and overseeing grant applications. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relationships and stewardship efforts
• Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns
• Oversee grant applications and compliance
• Develop and maintain donor databases
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on fundraising goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising or related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with donor management software
• Knowledge of nonprofit regulations and compliance

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
