About the role
The Tissue Recovery Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of donated tissues, coordinating with healthcare providers, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all donated tissues are processed according to established protocols.
- Communicate with healthcare providers to facilitate tissue donation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all tissue donations.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in healthcare administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of tissue donation processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
