Tire Test Supervisor

Our vision for this position is to ensure our product’s quality meets and or exceeds all of the standards of the intended market. The Supervisor position should be able to contribute to the company by supporting both the Development and Quality Assurance Dept.’s by leading the technicians in performing the necessary testing required to the highest caliber in regard to accuracy and reliability. Responsible for the overall leadership, direction, coordination, and evaluation of 16 technicians. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; coaching, rewarding and counseling employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. On-call responsibilities are required. Monday through Friday 8 hour day shift schedule.
