Responsibilities
- Identify necessary work and perform comprehensive tire services.
- Accurately capture detailed information, input it into computer systems, and communicate it to the Shop or service provider as required.
- Adhere to the tire program for each unit and identify needs.
- Comply with all TIA rules and regulations to ensure personal and driver safety.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Consistently follow established procedures and protocols.
- Recognize areas for improvement and provide feedback to management.
- Share best practices across the team.
- Maintain a professional atmosphere at all times.
Principal Duties
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and be independently motivated to achieve results with minimal external influence.
- Demonstrate hard work, diligence, responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, effective communication, and teamwork.
- Review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make informed decisions.
- Read, understand, and adhere to procedures and guidelines.
- Commit to following established safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Experience with computers, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and related programs.
- No relocation is being offered for this position.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- At least one year of steady employment or schooling.
- Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stoop, bend, and crawl under equipment as required.
- TIA certifications are a plus.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
In-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position due to the collaborative nature of the work environment and the need for spontaneous idea generation, execution, and expedited responses.
