Tire Sales/Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Service Advisor to promote and sell automotive services and products, manage customer interactions, and support shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document their concerns.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend appropriate services.
• Provide accurate quotes and update customers on progress.
• Promote sales of services and products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow‑up.
• Manage warranty and return tracking.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the store manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance and process‑driven mindset.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work at least five days per week, including Saturdays.
