Primary Responsibilities
- Supports the Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System.
- Maintains bi-weekly timecard submission status and communicates with command leadership and timecard approvers.
- Aids in gathering data from various sources to prepare the monthly Quality Statement.
- Maintains support agreement library via command SharePoint and documents related information.
- Coordinates with Financial Technicians for funding items on all reimbursable support agreements.
- Prepares and analyzes accounting data and reports.
- Reviews travel orders, tracks their status, and liaises with upper echelon for support agreement approvals.
- Provides excellent customer service through in-person, phone, and written communication.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED certificate).
- One to three (1-3) years’ experience in a general office environment.
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- US Citizenship.
- Physical capability to stand and/or sit for extended periods, and normal ambulation.
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language, with good communication skills.
- Procedure and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills and striving for 100% accuracy.
- Familiarity with modern office equipment, including facsimile, copier, etc.
