Time & Attendance Payroll Clerk

Robert Half is seeking a Payroll Clerk for a growing organization. In this role, you will support payroll operations by processing employee timekeeping updates, reviewing payroll-related data, and assisting with weekly payroll submissions. What You'll DoProcess high-volume employee maintenance records and timekeeping corrections within the ADP Time systemReview and update employee payroll and leave requests accurately and efficientlyAssist with the preparation and submission of weekly payrollEnsure payroll records are maintained with a high level of accuracyCommunicate payroll discrepancies and issues to team members through email and in-person discussionsSupport additional payroll-related projects and administrative tasks as assignedPrioritize daily responsibilities to meet critical payroll deadlines What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious administrative, payroll, data entry, or timekeeping experience preferredStrong keyboarding and data entry skillsProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentDependable attendance record and commitment to meeting deadlinesEagerness to learn and grow within a payroll-focused roleLocation: 100% OnsiteSchedule: First Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMEmployment Type: Contract-to-Hire Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
