About the role
Tier 2 Support Technician (Temp Work) is responsible for providing technical support to clients and resolving complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Document and communicate status updates to clients
- Collaborate with other support teams as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools
Qualifications
