Responsibilities
- Addressing technology related issues for both internal and external customers.
- Providing exceptional support and issue resolution across the organization.
- Installing, supporting, and maintaining the operation of PCs, MSTARS, all peripherals, and applications for all end users.
- Using helpdesk software to document issues with all information pertinent to issue reporting and resolution.
Qualifications
- A+ and N+ Certifications or plan to achieve within 12 months.
- Experience in Windows 10 desktop administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows Active Directory administration, Microsoft Exchange User administration, client remote access solutions, and telecom administration.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, managers, sales representatives, other internal personnel, and outside vendors.
- Ability to handle contiguous calls for extended periods of time.
