About the role

Selling tickets in the Ticket Office as well as at outside events. Responsibilities include making correct change, balancing the cash drawer at the end of the day, and providing excellent customer service. Hours vary depending on the event schedule and may include weekends, evenings, occasional off-site work, and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets for events both in the Ticket Office and at off-site locations
• Make correct change and balance cash drawer daily
• Provide customer service in person and via computer/office systems

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Computer experience
• Customer service skills
• Ability to balance daily sales and count back correct change

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in ticket sales or cash handling
