Ticket Seller

About the role

The Ticket Seller supports the daily operations of the Ticket Office, handling ticket sales, cash handling, and providing customer service for events at the venue.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets for events at the venue using ticketing systems
• Accurately process cash and electronic transactions
• Reconcile cash drawer with daily ticket sales
• Prepare and transfer daily revenue to the vault in accordance with procedures
• Generate and complete daily ticket sales reports
• Maintain and file records, reports, and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons in person and via phone
• Perform general clerical duties and other tasks as assigned

Requirements

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
