Description Responsibilities: Greet guests in a positive and professional manner at all timesProvide exceptional customer service and ensure general knowledge of mountain operations to best assist customers with questions/issuesGuide guests to the appropriate products based on their needsKeep a neat and clean workstationAssist with other duties of Guest Services as requested Requirements Qualifications: 18 years of age or older and prior work experiencePrior customer service and cash handling experience preferredMust have excellent verbal communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy with cash handlingAbility to be cross trained with the Guest Services position Hours Hours of employment are dependent on business demandsMust have weekend availability and flexible weekday and evening availability Starting Rate: $16.00/hr.
