As a Ticket Seller, you'll work directly under the Ticket Office Manager, ensuring every guest has a smooth, hassle-free experience when purchasing tickets. Whether you're handling in-person sales or answering inquiries over the phone, your mission is simple: deliver world-class customer service. This position is perfect for anyone who loves to engage with the public, balance a cash drawer, and work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Master the ticketing system to sell tickets for a wide range of exciting events.
- Provide event details and answers over the phone to help guests plan their perfect outing.
- Ensure your cash drawer is perfectly balanced by the end of each shift.
- Be a problem-solver for guests, handling any ticket-related issues with ease.
- Participate in Coliseum emergency procedures—you’ll know the building like the back of your hand.
- Support other team members and take on additional tasks as assigned.

- Comfortable using computers and office equipment.
- Flexible availability—you’re ready to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event days.

Work Environment
