Ticket Seller

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Ticket Seller at the Tucson Convention Center/Arena. This part-time, event-driven position involves selling tickets to customers for TCC events.

Responsibilities

• Provide all guests with a positive first impression by offering superior guest service
• Process ticket sales for TCC events; must be familiar with all TCC venues
• Accurately operate the Ticketmaster computer ticketing system to sell tickets
• Research Ticketmaster accounts, sales, and print and prepare will-call tickets
• Provide customer service by answering questions about TCC ticketed events and researching information when required, both at the window and over the phone
• Accept payments via cash or credit card
• Balance cash drawer at the end of the day

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• At least two years’ experience handling money and other forms of payment
• At least 6 months ticketing experience or experience in the entertainment industry preferred
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and understand verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule
• Ability to pass a credit and criminal background check
• Some experience with computers

Physical Demands

• Must have the physical ability to maneuver around facilities, including walking and/or standing for up to 4-6 hours daily
