Ticket/Season Pass Seller

About the role

Sugarbush Resort is a year-round destination offering some of the best skiing and riding in the east, an award-winning ski school, golf, disc golf, dining venues, and a fully appointed Health and Recreation Center. The resort seeks Season Pass/Ticket Sellers to join a team dedicated to delivering an unparalleled guest experience. As a primary point of guest service contact, the Season Pass/Ticket Seller handles ticketing transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in a welcoming and professional manner as a primary point of guest service contact.
• Ensure positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service while helping guests select products that best suit their individual needs.
• Work efficiently to conduct ticket and ticket-package transactions.
• Respond positively to guest questions or concerns in person and on the phone.
• Collate receipts, perform general filing, and conduct accurate cash outs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Professional and friendly personality.
• Ability to maintain a pleasant, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands.
• Excellent listening/communication skills and ability to accurately perform basic math.
• Previous customer service experience, including cash handling, and general computer knowledge preferred (especially with RTP systems).
• Timely and reliable attendance is essential.
• Must be available to work a flexible workweek, including holidays and weekends.

Pay

$20/hour

Schedule

Seasonal position running from November through April, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
