Reports to: Guest Relations Supervisor

Primary Purpose

Collect money, passes, coupons or tickets for admission to the Park.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
• Account for turnstile attendance, receipts, passes, coupons or tickets.
• Accurately account for cash.
• Neatly and accurately complete admission clerk till sheets.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of park promotions and events.
• Assist with Club and other park promotions.
• Assist other department personnel as assigned.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and maintained.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or currently attending high school.
• 1–2 years prior experience handling money.
• Customer service experience, including retail and phone skills.
• Cash accountability and accurate math skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm in difficult circumstances.

Pay

Starting salary $12.00 per hour.
