ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the development and implementation of ticketing goals and objectives
- Prepare all areas of the Ticket Sales & Customer Service Department's game day duties including restocking inventory
- On Revolution game days, assist with the ticketing events, initiatives, and operations
- Manage all fan pack inquiries and fulfillment
- Aid with periodic ticket-related mailings
- Perform special projects and assignments as business needs dictate
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be well organized and capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of creativity
- Knowledge of and passion for the sport of soccer is preferred
- Prioritization and customer service strengths are valued
- Preference will be given to candidates with sports management, marketing, or management degrees
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior marketing, sales, or customer service experience
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds is required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to work nights/weekends as needed
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel
- The employee frequently is required to talk or hear
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms

- The noise level in the work environment usually moderate but can be loud on event days
