ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the development and implementation of ticketing goals and objectives
  • Prepare all areas of the Ticket Sales & Customer Service Department's game day duties including restocking inventory
  • On Revolution game days, assist with the ticketing events, initiatives, and operations
  • Manage all fan pack inquiries and fulfillment
  • Aid with periodic ticket-related mailings
  • Perform special projects and assignments as business needs dictate

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be well organized and capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of creativity
  • Knowledge of and passion for the sport of soccer is preferred
  • Prioritization and customer service strengths are valued
  • Preference will be given to candidates with sports management, marketing, or management degrees
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior marketing, sales, or customer service experience
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds is required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to work nights/weekends as needed
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel
  • The employee frequently is required to talk or hear
  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Normal office environment
  • The noise level in the work environment usually moderate but can be loud on event days
