Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and direct clients and visitors appropriately.
• Maintain client accounts with accurate, up‑to‑date information; process payments and schedule classes and appointments.
• Assist clients with retail merchandise, provide product knowledge, and manage retail sales.
• Enroll students in swim programs.
• Follow up with leads and “drop” lists via phone and text.
• Check in children as needed.
• Explain policies to parents.
• Schedule, promote, and participate in special events; keep client communications updated and posted in public lobby areas.

Requirements

• Happy, professional, hospitable, and caring disposition.
• Exceptional customer‑service focus; ability to handle pressure and customer escalations.
• Experience with spreadsheets and word‑processing software such as Microsoft Suite.
• Dependable and flexible schedule; ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Preferred qualifications

• Swim‑lesson or competitive‑swimming experience, including knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression.
• CPR and First‑Aid certification.
