Ticket Sales
- Meet daily KPI objectives via outbound cold calls, external events and face-to-face appointments.
- Proactive approach developing new business opportunities through community engagement events.
- Create new sales leads through prospecting, networking events and referrals.
- Exceed sales and revenue goals set weekly, monthly and yearly.
- Understand Cougar Pride development and fundraising principles.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of UH Athletic ticketing products, sales policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of clients and prospects through Salesforce CRM system.
- Work assigned sales team events both internal and external to create new sales opportunities.
- Serve as spokesperson/ambassador for the Athletics Department and the University of Houston.
Ticket Retention
- Meet daily KPI objectives via outbound cold calls, fan engagement events and face-to-face appointments.
- Build relationships with a book of business and retain season ticket holders at a high level.
- Achieve set ticket sales and revenue goals on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
- Identify potential opportunities to upsell or cross-sell seat holders to other UH Athletic Events.
- Understand Cougar Pride development and fundraising principles.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of UH Athletic ticketing products, sales policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of clients and prospects through Salesforce CRM system.
- Work assigned sales team events both internal and external to create new sales opportunities.
- Serve as spokesperson/ambassador for the Athletics Department and the University of Houston.
Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed.
Experience: Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience.
