Thread Roll Auto Group Leader

About the Role

Monitor and assist the thread rolling process to ensure quality products. Motivate, train, and direct the work activities of subordinate staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good communication with TM, TL, and other Group Leaders
• Coordinate with PC hot parts
• Maintain quality and productivity improvements through Kaizens
• Assist in training programs
• Complete and maintain all paperwork and data entry
• Cover breaks and lunches when needed
• Troubleshoot machines when necessary
• Support management decisions
• Work necessary hours to accommodate production
• Continuous 5S practices
• Demonstrate quality leadership skills
• Maintain a safe environment and encourage safety
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leading experience
