About the role
The Department of Radiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Associate or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track.
Responsibilities
- Expertise in the specific area of thoracic imaging
- Must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree
- Must be American Board of Radiology certified or eligible with sub-specialty training in Cardiothoracic Radiology
- Teaching responsibilities may include daily clinical supervision of residents and cardiothoracic imaging fellows and lecturing to medical students, radiology residents, fellows, and trainees from other departments
- Serve in an educational leadership role within the division
- Interpretation of chest radiographs, thoracic CT and thoracic MRI
- Preferred to perform thoracic needle biopsies
- Option to participate in the cardiovascular CT and MRI clinical practice
- Participate in shared after hour and weekend coverage
Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years experience is required.
