Cardiovascular Imaging - Academic Clinician - Senior Ranks

About the role

The Department of Radiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track.

Responsibilities

• Daily clinical supervision of residents and cardiovascular imaging fellows
• Lecturing to medical students, radiology residents, fellows, and trainees from other departments
• Preparing learning materials and lectures, as well as teaching posters and presentations, for national review
• Serving in an educational leadership role within the Cardiovascular Imaging Division
• Mentoring junior faculty
• Interpreting in all aspects of cardiovascular radiology, including cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, and vascular CTA and MRA
• Participating in shared after-hours and weekend coverage

Requirements

• An M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree
• American Board of Radiology certification or eligibility with appropriate sub-specialty training
• 3-5 years of experience
