Third Shift Sanitation Supervisor
Accountabilities
Ensure sufficient staffing, training, and equipment for the sanitation team. Convey safety procedures to the team. Conduct inspections of cleaned and sanitized equipment. Review and approve reporting and departure times. Make reports, communicate with customers, and interact with government officials. Maintain comprehensive records of sanitation processes, training, and other matters. Administer Lock Out Tag Out procedures. Operate specialized equipment upon appropriate training.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the sanitation team's performance and provide feedback.
- Teach and follow the seven steps of the sanitation process.
- Understand and comply with safety policies and chemical handling procedures.
- Communicate with team members, managers, and customers.
- Mentor and coach leads.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all sanitation procedures are followed.
- Lift and move equipment and materials as needed.
- Use Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
- Work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Required: 3+ years of experience in the Food Processing industry or another heavy industry field.
- Required: Must be 18 years of age or older and legally employable in the United States.
- Preferred: Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
- Required: Safety awareness and attention to detail.
- Required: Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Required: Ability to communicate with team members, managers, and customers.
- Required: Knowledge of all sanitation jobs in the facility.

Pay
