3rd Shift Sanitation Supervisor

About the role

The Post 3rd Shift Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing sanitation operations at the Rockmart facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sanitation activities to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Train and supervise sanitation staff to maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety protocols, and departmental areas.
• Perform regular inspections of sanitation equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning.
• Develop and implement sanitation improvement plans based on feedback and observations.
• Document all sanitation activities and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with other departments as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in sanitation or related field.
• Proven ability to manage and train sanitation staff.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and chemicals.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Advanced knowledge of sanitation equipment and procedures.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced knowledge of GMPs, safety rules, and departmental areas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
