Pafford Medical Services · Oklahoma City, OK · 3 wk ago
Full-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to parse the posting. Job Title: Third Party Billing Associate - Hybrid Work Location: Oklahoma City, OK Division/Department: PMBS First paragraph: "The position is responsible for the billing, follow-up, collection, and resolution of ambulance claims submitted to third party payers. This position works accounts across Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas and is responsible for ensuring claims are processed accurately, followed up timely, and resolved in accordance with payer requirements and company policies. They manage assigned accounts from initial claim submission through final payment or appropriate resolution. This includes reviewing claim status, working denials and rejections, submitting corrected claims and appeals, identifying coordination-of-benefits issues, reviewing payments and underpayments, and communicating with insurance carriers and patients when additional information is required." That's description of role; could be "About the role". Then "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" with subheadings: Accounts Receivable Follow-Up, Denials & Rejections, Payment & Remittance Review, Patient Responsibility & Coordination Of Benefits. Under each bullet list. We can combine into a single list of responsibilities or separate sections? The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can produce a list under Responsibilities. Then "Minimum Qualifications" includes knowledge statements and abilities. Could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". We'll decide. "Education & Experience Requirements": high school diploma or equivalent required; medical billing, insurance follow-up, accounts receivable, or related healthcare experience preferred. "Physical Requirements": list of abilities. "Other Requirements": high-speed internet, hybrid schedule, travel negligible. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (prose), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe combine Minimum Qualifications and Education & Experience), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (maybe knowledge statements), Benefits (none given), Pay (none), Schedule (maybe hybrid schedule info). The posting mentions "Hybrid Work Location" and "In person and hybrid in the Oklahoma City area-Will be in the office 2-3 times a week, could be more at times depending on volume or issues that may occur". That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section. Benefits: none mentioned. Pay: none. So we omit those. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections with actual content. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Minimum Qualifications and Education & Experience), Skills (maybe knowledge of medical billing etc), Physical Requirements (maybe as Requirements?), Other Requirements (internet, hybrid schedule) could go under Schedule? Actually schedule is separate. We need to decide mapping to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use: - About the role: prose description. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the essential duties). - Requirements: maybe Education & Experience Requirements. - Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications (knowledge statements). - Skills: maybe combine knowledge statements? But we already used Qualifications for knowledge; maybe Skills for abilities like reading EOBs etc. But we can also put those under Qualifications. However we need to avoid duplication. Let's think: Minimum Qualifications includes knowledge of medical billing and accounts receivable processes; knowledge of Commercial insurance, Medicare and Medicaid billing preferred; ability to read and interpret EOBs, ERAs, payer correspondence, claim status information, and denial codes; understanding of electronic claim submission, corrected claims, appeals, coordination of benefits, and timely filing. That's more like qualifications/skills. Education & Experience Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent required; medical billing, insurance follow-up, accounts receivable, or related healthcare experience preferred. Physical Requirements: list of physical abilities. Other Requirements: high-speed internet, hybrid schedule, travel negligible. We could map: - About the role: prose. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: Education & Experience Requirements. - Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications. - Skills: maybe Physical Requirements? But physical requirements are not skills. Could be "Physical Requirements" but not in allowed headings. We could put physical requirements under Requirements as well? But we already used Requirements for education/experience. Could combine education/experience and physical under Requirements? Might be okay but we need to preserve all info. Could create a separate section for Physical Requirements but not allowed heading. However we could put it under Requirements as a sublist? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely we should stick to those headings only. So we need to map all content into those categories. Thus we need to fit Physical Requirements and Other Requirements into one of those headings. Perhaps "Requirements" can encompass education, experience, physical, other requirements. "Qualifications" can be knowledge/skills. "Skills" could be abilities like reading EOBs etc. But we already have knowledge statements in Minimum Qualifications; we could treat those as Qualifications. Then Skills could be abilities like ability to read and interpret EOBs etc. However Minimum Qualifications already includes ability to read and interpret EOBs etc. So maybe we split: Qualifications = knowledge of medical billing etc; Skills = ability to read/interpret etc. But that seems artificial. Alternatively, we could put Minimum Qualifications under Qualifications, Education & Experience under Requirements, Physical Requirements under Requirements as well (maybe as a sublist), and Other Requirements under Schedule (since includes hybrid schedule and internet). Travel negligible could be under Schedule as well. Thus: - About the role: prose. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: Education & Experience Requirements + Physical Requirements (maybe combined). - Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications (knowledge statements). - Skills: maybe we could omit if no distinct skill content beyond qualifications. But we need to include all substantive info; we could put the ability statements under Qualifications as well. But we already used Qualifications for knowledge statements; we could expand Qualifications to include both knowledge and abilities. That would cover Minimum Qualifications fully. Then Skills section could be omitted (since no extra). But we must not create empty sections. So we omit Skills. - Schedule: hybrid work info (2-3 days office, high-speed internet requirement, travel negligible). Also mention location. - Benefits: none -> omit. - Pay: none -> omit. Thus final HTML:

      ...

We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We omitted boilerplate. We preserved all substantive info. Check if any info missing: Division/Department: PMBS. Not included anywhere. Should we include that? It's substantive metadata. Could be included in About the role or Requirements? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Division/Department is minor metadata; we can fold into a short

maybe under About the role. Let's add a sentence: "Division/Department: PMBS." Could be included in About the role paragraph. Also location: Oklahoma City, OK. Already in Schedule? We have location mentioned in Schedule bullet. Could also add in About the role. We should include location somewhere. Let's incorporate in About the role: "Located in Oklahoma City, OK (Division/Department: PMBS)." That preserves. Also the first line: "Job Title: Third Party Billing Associate - Hybrid Work Location: Oklahoma City, OK Division/Department: PMBS". We already have About the role includes location and division. We should not repeat job title as heading; fine. Check for any other info: "The position is responsible for the billing, follow-up, collection, and resolution of ambulance claims submitted to third party payers." Already in About the role. We have captured all duties. Check for any other specifics: "This position works accounts across Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas" - we missed that. Should include in About the role or Responsibilities. Let's add to About the role: "This position works accounts across Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas." Also "They manage assigned accounts from initial claim submission through final payment or appropriate resolution." Already in duties but we can keep
