ThingsBook - Product Management Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in identifying innovative features that empower personal storytelling and community engagement.
• Contribute to the long-term roadmap for ThingsBookKorean.
• Help define and document detailed product requirements (PRDs) in Korean.
• Provide clear and actionable guidance for the Korea-based engineering team.
• Facilitate smooth communication between the U.S. and Korea teams via Slack and Zoom.
• Ensure specifications are clearly understood and project updates are shared.
• Assist in gathering user feedback and analyzing pain points.
• Propose actionable product improvements to enhance the user journey from discovery to interaction.
• Partner with design, marketing, and operations teams to support the delivery of data-driven updates.
• Ensure efficient project milestones are met.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (MBA preferred), or a recent graduate eligible for OPT.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Korean is required, with the ability to translate product concepts into clear Korean technical documentation.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively navigate collaboration across different cultures and time zones.
• Experience: Prior experience or a strong interest in Product Management, social media platforms, or the tech industry is a plus.

Job Type

Full-Time Internship (3 months, with a possible 3-month extension. Full-time employment may be considered based on performance and business needs.)
